PROCESSING TIME: 

All orders are shipped within 72 hours of purchase on business days in Queensland, Australia (AEST). Any orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched within 72 hours from the following Monday. Please note, during sale periods or public holidays, we may experience small dispatch delays.

Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, COACH CLAYTON FITNESS cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, missing, lost or stolen packages. If you are experiencing any of these issues, please contact the courier directly.

 

RETURNS:

  • Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • All digital products are deemed "used" upon download and cannot be refunded. Please contact info@coachclayton.org for further information, or if you are experiencing technical issues with product. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
